Weekly Republican Address 4/28/12: Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI)

In this week’s address, House Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan discusses the House Republican Budget, The Path to Prosperity. It is a responsible budget that tackles our fiscal crisis and protects future generations from a crushing burden of debt. This weekend (April 29) marks exactly 3 years since the Democrat-controlled Senate last passed a budget. That’s inexcusable. We must stop Washington’s reckless spending to save our country from fiscal collapse.

Paul Ryan: The Movie

I don’t know what’s worse, the fact that we’re now releasing “movie trailers” for when the House HOP releases a budget (something the Democrats haven’t done in over 1,000 years), or the fact that I’m marking out over it. A little less idiotic comments from Romney and Santorum and a little more “Paul Ryan” please.

Weekly Republican Address 1/7/12: Rep. Nan Hayworth (R-NY)

In the Weekly Republican Address, Representative Nan Hayworth (R-NY) highlights House Republicans’ Plan for America’s Job Creators and the 27 bipartisan jobs bills still awaiting action in the Democrat-controlled Senate. Our national unemployment rate remains above 8 percent for 35 consecutive months–the longest stretch since the Great Depression. It’s a new year, and Americans still can’t wait for the Senate to take up these jobs bills.
